Course Description:

This course is designed to cover the new “areas” of agriculture. Activities and topics include Fermenting Root Beer, GMOs, Egg Science, AI and ET in Cattle, Water and Soil Quality, Firework Science, Designing Dragsters, and Drones in Agriculture. This course will be a lab-based class with many lab activities to develop skills in the broadening areas of agriculture, including the Environmental Sciences.
