Championship Amateur BBQ Class

Spend the day learning how to prep meats, rubs and sauces for BBQ.  You will prep and smoke 3 meats, Chicken, Baby Back Pork Ribs and Tri Tip.  While the meats are Smoking we will discuss the different types of rubs and sauces used along with heat sources and types of woods for smoke.  There is also a demonstration of turn in box construction and presentation. This class is designed for any Pitmaster
wanting to hone their skills but the main focus is for a new Pitmaster wishing to compete in a backyard event. This is a “Hands On and Demo” course
