CLASS #9: BAKING WITH SOURDOUGH
Learn to make one of the “healthiest” breads. There are many health benefits to sourdough. We will make it, bake it, and you will take it home to enjoy with family and friends. We will transform the dough into loaves, dinner rolls and cinnamon rolls. NO prior bread-baking experience needed. Bring something to munch on while we’re waiting for the bread to rise.
Lin Martin has enjoyed making bread for decades, and wants to pass this tradition onto the next generation.
