CHINESE CUISINE - SOUPS
A short, hands on class on creating Chinese Soups. Learn and actually make Chinese Soups. This class will be a combination of Demo, Lecture and student cooking. All students will be able to eat the items they cooked.
Soups planned: Hot & Sour Soup, Won Ton Soup, Rich Chicken Broth (Demo) and Green Onion Pancakes.
