Chinese Cuisine -3 Course Meal-Dinner

A short, hands on class on creating a Chinese Dinner.  Learn and actually make Chinese Meals.  This class will also cover menu planning for multiple dishes or a small party. This class will be a combination of Demo, Lecture and student cooking.  All students will be able to eat the items they cooked.  

Dishes planned:  Soy Braised Beef (Demo), Sichuan Boneless Chicken, Seasonal Vegetable, Chow Mein, Fried Rice
