Chinese Cuisine - Appetizers

A short, hands on class on Chinese Appetizers.  Learn and actually make Chinese Appetizers.  This class will be a combination of Demo, Lecture and student cooking.  All students will be able to eat the items they cooked.  

Dishes planned: Spring Rolls, Fried Won Ton, Shrimp & Pork Balls, Braised Pork Filled Cumbers (Demo)
