CHAMPIONSHIP BBQ CLASS
Spend the day learning how to prep meats, rubs and sauces for BBQ. You will prep and smoke 3 meats, Chicken, Pork Ribs and Pulled Pork. While the meats are Smoking we will discuss the different types of rubs and sauces used along with heat sources and types of woods for smoke.
