Country Heat is a high-energy, low-impact, country dance-inspired fitness program that so totally fires up the fun—you won’t even feel like you’re working out! Each 60 minute live dance routine is packed with easy-to-follow moves set to good ‘ol country music!
Country Heat is based on the all time favorite country line dancing…. I break it up so that we learn 1 move at a time…get that moved drilled into our brains and then add another move. then put them together…. After we learn 16 moves we will put them all together in a regular country line dance! There are modifications for everyone so if you have bad knees, hips back don’t worry .. we can Modify! If you like to really get your groove on we can do that also ! We all like songs like Cotton Eyed Joe, Kicking up Dust, That don’t Impress me Much, and Only in America, right? If so come join me for a 1 hr dance off!
